Originally from Naples, Fl, Courtney moved to NYC in 1998 in pursuit of a dance career. After years of auditioning and performing, she took her first yoga class in 2004 and instantly felt in love and truly inspired. After diving into her practice, she knew this journey into yoga would be life changing. In May 2010, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Sonic Yoga in New York City, the first studio she ever practiced at. Courtney is so grateful and inspired by the teachers at Sonic and feels so lucky to share the practice of yoga with you.
